Superfood Salad

After our demonstration at the Kenilworth food festival, as promised here are the ingredients to make your own Superfood Salad!
Pearl Barley Broad Beans Peas Radish Feta Cheese Broccoli Cos Lettuce Toasted Sunflower and Pumpkin Seeds
Dressing - Honey Squeezed lime Soy sauce Ginger - grated Sesame seeds Olive oil
Soak the pearl barley and blanch the broad beans, peas and broccoli. Dice the radish, and crumble the feta. Add the dressing and mix the ingredients together.
